2 had both shots and then 14 days after that. 8 had 1 or 2 shots but were short of the 14 day criteria. So 10 were vaccinated to some degree, 10 weren't and 2 are unknown which sounds as if they were but couldn't show their proof.
That means that half were in fact vaccinated and probably the majority because if the unknown 2 were unvaccinated it would have been clear.
