20% Rule:
I would think it would apply to anybody if they are abiding by the rules..
However Cerium to my knowledge is not showing on the Shareholder list at present from I have been able to find.....??
I just think that all these guys know each other being based in Perth and you never know what people get up to.
Certainly GBB has a long history with all of them as the records would show .....
How EPM came to takeover the INVITTUUT PROJECT in the first place given the timing I find interesting...
Another point is that they are not set up like GML having Uranium holdings in Australia....
