Hmm such a tricky question as good traders are not predictors so much as they are good researchers (combined with TA/FA or whatever methodology you use). Personally a good news annoucement could (in the short term) put the stock back up very fast to .11 + and possibly subside as fast but to consolidate at the .08s....it could have a minor run and just consolidate and slowly edge up to the teens. I suspect the .11 mark or so would pose solid resistance until we see solid instutional accumulation, and steady accumulation rather than daytrading or 'false volume' that is gone as fast as it comes. You didn't mention time frame? Any other thoughts? With good luck by Christmas this could ride slowly to .20+, I really don't know!
