    No big sell order listed.

    Institution often holds off close to announcement.
    Perhaps a policy not to engage heavily in market close to announcement in order to ensure no possible criticism of "insider trading".

    So announcement re Stage 2 soon?
    Very soon?

    No resistance to share price surge?
