I'm taking a wild guess on how long it would take them to carry out breast cancer safety and efficacy clinical trials using FTO dosing. They appear to have already finished preclinical.
IC50 of 640nM is four to five times less potent than Zantrene, but, if it's safe, that may not be an impediment.
They said their drug is specific to FTO.
RAC hasn't started a FTO breast cancer clinical trial yet. Yes, there is the P3 historical trial, but it needs to be repeated with revised dosing.
Yes, RAC is way ahead on AML.
