Interesting from presentation and lines up with notes last night..
1/ Cash on Hand AUD$6.0 Million after capital raising –plus production income
--- I read this as we have spend the $4m and we are now getting the cash flow.

2/ MAIN ASSETS Onshore Southern England • Brockham& Lidseyfields (100%)
- And
3/ Purchased for £ 2.0 million
4/ I am guessing we are potentially able to handle other co's nearby oil if it is pumped to us... for a fee
So I guess we have done the deal and are responsible for the fields and the income. Subject to the Govt giving approvals which should not be a major issue (we are not talking North Sea here).
If this is the case and numbers are right then its a screaming buy.
