wouldnt the new investor want to convert second? after beppa?
ie beppa converts, sp falls, new investor converts and gets more shares /$1 than beppa holders?
i would have conversion after beppa, but thats just me. BBI have contacts like ive said all along. they used some contacts and convertible notes in eauoports deal. the same people still have funds to spend and they have other contacts to tap into.
