Knowing what your opponents are saying is key to winning the battle. The fact that some see the future as a binary choice - i.e. it’s electric or it’s hydrogen, it can’t be both - is where the absurdity lies. This is what the H2 industry needs to combat. From a strategic perspective, however, I think the push for H2 fuelled large vehicles and heavy transport equipment will largely solve the consumer level debate because it will result in a refueling network of scale (initially for industry) with a large footprint that can then be bolstered and made accessible for retail consumers quite quickly.
