Now we know why the company commissioned the report. It was not for it to be acquired, but for it to acquire someone else.
Interesting to see who they are acquiring, and where they are based - I am guessing/hoping a company in Indonesia that allows them to hold a banking licence and permits them to launch BNPL immediately. If they can pay in shares and not cash, all the better...
