If you have been following, I am advocating reducing equity exposure and am staying discipline . My recent forays have been small punts but I am buying into HCW for exposure into healthcare property which I like very much.
Banks and coal producing stocks are not sectors i favour and I never made money on energy. They may have risen substantially having been over beaten earlier on but it may not be compelling enough to drop my discipline.
