Ths share price needs to be taken into perspective. It hovered around the 11c mark for approx a month in May, then again for another month in July around the 20c mark. Both times, it went up significantly and then gave back some of the gains before entering the aforementioned one month period.

Now it appears to be repeating again. As far as I am concerned, if it hovers around the 28c mark for another 3 weeks (to make up a month) before another leg up, I'd take it.
