turtle,.. Why compare PEN to BOE,.. It was Keith Bowes that helped do the up grades at BOE and is now M/D at LOT doing the up grades there.
Both BOE and LOT have a full processing plants unlike PEN with a satellite plant.
LOT has produce nameplate of over 3mlbs
