I am convinced Delphi's broker is still at it accumulating.
It is not a sell off on bad news or delay, progress is being made. The SP is continually sold into larger buy orders further down.
With the last set of options exercised, Delphis 6% holding was probably diluted by about 0.2%, so a bit of lost ground to make up and I think they want more.
