ASIC have been informed of the potential shenanigans in this little affair already.
I contacted ASIC to find out how GLI could use the IDG announcement as a defeating condition, when it was clearly dated BEFORE the official takeover offer, and they already knew about the whole affair, and were - allegedly - "looking into it".
I havene't heard a thing back from them since then!
