BET chart, page-932

I'm all about improving my trading strategy so happy to learn from a learned poster as yourself.
Please explain the scenario again as I missing something here.
BET closed at today at $1.375 after reaching the days high of 1.42.
I used the Bollinger Bands to back my strategy of selling 100,000 at $1.41.
I then bought the 100,000 back later in the day for $1.37, lower by 0.05 cents from the close.
So I have taken my pips ,as you call them and put $4K in the lolly jar.
I still have my bag, as you call it of 100,000 @1.375, same as you.
Back test the bands on the 6th August where they overshot and came back inside the next day.
Made profits there and kept same holding amount.
Show me the light please sir where this strategy is doomed
