Are you in residential backed securities by chance?
I used to work in the mortgage market too, but left due to the royal comission and the COVID out breaks.
In short it wasnt the best time to be in it.
I know what you mean by property and i'm too leaning away from it.
I noticed you said you have 2 properties.
You could always keep the 1 that is performing well and sell the 1 that is not performing.
