Zman, we very recently made the move from NSW to the eastern suburbs in Brisbane. Bought a ripper modernised 4br with good close views
of Moreton Bay, only about 150 metres from the waters edge. Yes prices have edged up a bit from super super cheap to super cheap
but nothing like some of the bs in the news. Cost was $1.2 million, Sydney equivalent?---well over $3 million.
Great place to live, very friendly people plus we have Anna to keep those pesky southerners out.
