Oh dear, given just 5 weeks ago the company said they "don't see an immediate need to seek to increase available funds". 31 July 2021.
An outside observer can only assume things have gone downhill, even faster than expected for that position to change so dramatically. Things must be bleak.
Otherwise.. what to make of that statement?
