we are going to experience alot of pain and suffering inflicted on us by incompetent leaders and self conceited scientists .. Australia is a big island with no hard borders we are not like the USA or UK, we are like NZ and should do like the kiwis and go for elimination... it can be done if there is a political will and strong leadership... living with Covid is like those French and European people who opted to live with Hitler...we know what happened to them.. we need a modern day Churchill or Truman to beat this beast Delta... Truman didn't hesitate to nuke the Japs...but he rebuilt Europe and Japan with the Marshall plan...there is no gain without pain...
