They have full control of the company. Why would they buy it out and give any cash to minority holders? I'd be more worried about an all share arrangement by one of their other entities!
There is IMO no buying pressure on this company regardless of results due to structure and ownershhip. IMO it isa very brave shareholder who want to be a minority holder in a company and no funds or commercial entities ever want to put themselves in that position as exiting a position is too hard ( and expensive) . Also with full access to register daily they know who is buying and selling and if they wanted can add or withdraw their trading strategy ( wearing different at arms length hat ) so they have a large advantage IMO.
IMO these guys are professional company strippers ( stripping costs but is it sustainable) not company builders so it is unclear if they have the ability long term to appoint the correct management and run a actual business long term. How long as a CEO would you hang around if your pay was halved for example or are you relyong on performance bonus and shares or do you really need the job .? Overpaid to start with and now fairly paid? I fear these costs will come back with any increase in cpmpany performance and little will flow to shareholders bottom line, Their business has been IMO in the past to buy cash and business structures often by frustrating holders andhamstringing companies with legal actions , board appointments etc and then divest any assetts leaving cashbox . Due to ASC and ASIC changes it isn't the same game as a few years ago and returns of " funds" of players who do this have been impacted if tehy don't get it right.
I'll keep popping in to see what happens . You have to be siuspicious when all the twitterati pumpers and day traders tried to pump it and there was no interest and just a lot of trapped day traders and no monemtum could be created and I believe people are more aware of this company and true prospects in its current situation. It may make money but will that income get valued on the market or trade at a discount all the time ? .
I have no clue and not as up to date as once was with chocolate industry and supermarkets in USA so just guessing , see what happens.
