Ann: Application for quotation of securities - IHL, page-26

I've posted before on this and I don't understand this obsession with Sud's options. As a couple of posters have pointed out the company expects to be able to raise money in the US at presumably far higher prices than 20 cents so what do we want Sud's money for? All it does is create avoidable dilution.

He's already the biggest shareholder so there is no questioning his being committed. He's also just written a cheque for $4 million, I don't care who you are that's a lot of money. How many people on this forum would be in the position to be able to do that?
