if there is capital raising and it free's up some capital, BBI and it's new cornerstone investor could IMHO
A) Wait till 2012 - it is ages away and pay in full B) Buy the cheap BEPPA's off market to cut away that debt C) Cornerstone investor could purchase all remaining BEPPA in market and increase their leverage/influence over all things BBI, somewhat of a takeover style.
Just thinking out loud since we are all blurting out things off the top of our heads since we know nothing of substance re the coming announcement.
