The tls infrastructure nationally can not be replaced. As posted the starting point of revenue for infraco is $500m cpi linked for 30 years. As tls (infraco) is only responsible for the fibre national FTTN network maintenance the costs will /should be minimal/continue to decrease as AI,computer learning is introduced as suggested by tls and only common sense to some.. As confirmed by the Aussie broadband tls agreement,tls is free to allow anyone (that pays) to access their fixed network as long as there is enough room in the specific pipe infrastructure required I believe aussie accessed approx 120 poi.. Lastly the value of the infrastructure will only increase as fixed data connectivity sky rockets,mobile connectivity even mmWave will have its bandwidth issues. So thats my opinion. Whats also my opinion is tls is selling 50% of its high value assets ie the cream.Tls will be left with something also starting with 'c'.and ending in 'p'. Cleaning up the remaining 'c' is not possible under current management same as there not capable of an earnings accreditive acquisitions imo only.
