I agree that it can't really be a "falling knife" provided that we're confident the NTA is accurate and the share price of IAP is going to hold up. I do think their going to struggle to close the gap while pursuing a strategy of taking strategic shareholdings in other property trusts because a lot of people will just think they can get a direct exposure to those companies if they really want so their not really providing "access" to opportunities like they were with the loan area. Having said that I think if your looking for income it's a good way to get exposure to a reliable dividend stream at a cheap price in an overall market that's very inflated.
