    New announcement has just come out with Thorney/Catalano using creep provisions to buy 3% from Gordon. I’d hazard a guess to expect this every six months until Gordon’s stake is wiped, which they can use the funds for elsewhere.

    Gordon’s interest effectively went to zero when they reaffiliated WIN with Nine.
