I reckon that SAE has started to move because SOMETHING is happening. I've watched so many juniors over the past few months get hammered for doing nothing, often in a sensible move to preserve cash..
And Salinas has done what? Announces a pretty speccie takeover and that it will reinstate drilling at Paris Valley..
It's a lesson for all the quality juniors out there: if you're project has some intrinsic value but share price is in the doldrums, just give investors SOMETHING to hang on to and you'll start to trend in the right direction
