Money doesnt magically drop out of thin air. They need to fund their operations.
Even with deals coming in, it takes time for the whole procurement/vendor management processes to finalise.
Look at the Citibank deal, at the moment its at the LOI stage for the MSA, why? because they need to run through the red tape which exists in all organisations. It will probably get done, but funding won't kick in until the deal is finalised, plus fees are paid gradually. say it's a 5m deal, it doesnt mean 5m will pop up into ID8's account on day 1 of the finalisation for the deal.
