Perhaps you are one of the lucky ones not living in Aust - if I could, I would pack my bags and leave and leave all the crap behind that is going on here. One rule for pollies and their cronies and a different rule for most others.

Regarding selling, I had a bit more than the min threshold, so had no trouble through the broker and was charged the going rate of a tad under $20 for the transaction - so $69 seems rather steep particularly given the small relative sale amount. Holders have already been stuffed around so much with waiting for a listing plus with the original allocations being restructured downwards - and especially those who fall below some crappy imposed threshold - there should be some exemptions and a flat rate of $10 for selling anything under $500 value.

Perhaps if you can live without the money, you may wish to wait until such a time when this company may decide to clean up the register with a buy back for those with unmarketable parcels - in which case it will cost you nothing in brokerage costs - it may happen down the track - some other companies have done that - there may be others like yourself - guess by holding, it's one way to be a thorn in their side. Good luck.
