31,750,000 freebies which based on today's SP of 26c equates to $8.25M.

Now if all the big ticket items are really due to drop and the SP is to increase to lets say 50c, that is nearly $16M.

For blokes who are getting paid 20-30k a month, it is really a tad rich IMO.

I'll wait until the AGM documents are disclosed and we can see what "targets" need to be hit for these shares to be issued. But even at todays SP, $8.25M is a joke.

Not sure how you can honestly see it any other way.
