As this process is very much a legal process, correspondence goes through the Patent Lawyers and as such the Company will only make the announcement once confirmed final through the lawyers. The Expected Patent Issue date is 21st of September so assuming on or before this date. How much the rest of the market is aware is an unknown, but it's obvious here on Hot Copper of course.
