Seems there at least a couple of us that know a bit about how shorting works.
This below not long ago from one of the “messiahs” on the BRN threads:
”..it seems that some don't know how shorts work ...it seems that most of you think that there are 61M shorts out there at the moment that is not the case, just to clarify those 61M shorts' they are only shorts that were shorted from March till now as we had several major shorts back in March but in the recent days/weeks we only had several hundred thousand shorted by our resident Muppet that obviously, doesn't know what he is doing, below is a percentage chart as it is misleading in one way, some would think that there are 61M shorts out there but that is not the case, as the chart is only representing the Volume over the period from March till now...as the ASX Data shows there are only 239,500 shorts out of 1,674737,144 shares..the Muppet obviously got it wrong that is shorting at the moment..”
