@at6568 I'm not sure you read this one correctly. The share issue here is a bonus for employees for a job well done (good on them, they deserve it).
The amount listed in the announcement is "estimated" consideration (I think this is required for transparency) - it clearly states earlier that the shares are for no cash consideration.
This again dilutes us, but the employees have helped create value in the last 12 months, so props to them. Now we just need the market to catch-up and understand what's happening.... me thinks the market is about 18 months behind on this one.... IMO that will change after Q1 when we again show another cashflow positive quarter (fingers crossed, pure speculation).
