I'm sorry. I thought I highlighted that the objections to the Australian patent, which was the narrative of the article and is the least important patent, were based on objections from the EPO. It appears through the communications with the EPO these objections have been overcome and there is high probability for intention to grant the patent. Also, the US patent did receive a Non Final Rejection which was also overcome. Is this not focussing on the patents? Patents are important but they need to work and they need to be commercial. So focus focus on the endgame or get a job at the AFR if you have a certificate in finance.
