GR,the problem with the trading post it covered everything including pets and tls couldn't convert it to online.
Similar but different $500m ooyala and a $600m IT co both written off because tls took 100% control.
Tls can run any business as long as they learn to leave management/founders in place and maintain the incentive to keep them in place.
And why tls health,NAS and enterprise concerns me.
soufun and autohome are excellent examples of when management and founders are left in place.tls took approx 70% position leaving 30% to founders.
