i don't think they need to release before market, this is taken from announcement. Please note in boldThat trading halt is requested to be in place until commencement of trade 9 September 2021 or when that announcement is releasedto the market.
In other words, trading will commence when the announcement is made whenever the hell they want lol. thats the way i read it.
