Your post ignored Kansaskiwi's "word for word" post (50641754). Specifically the part that read: "On the other hand if the application is refused, the titleholders will be in non-compliance in relation to the Permit Year 4 work program commitments. This may be grounds for cancellation of the permit under section 274 of the OPGGS Act."... So when you say "all your cut and paste examples (posts) are noise and just a example of political process" this is categorically wrong (NOPTA's response had nothing to do with politics, it was NOPTA's explanation).

Look mate. I am going to leave it at that, I think I have made the point pretty clear that you can't blame me for holding back 'BPH speculation', especially considering these things I had absolutely nothing to do with.
