whats this $290m more bizo?
A predator would offer x amount of dollars for the takover of a company. Regardless of how many shares that comapny has or will have. They'll either say:
1) we'll give you $500m for the whole company thanks.
2) we'll give you $1 per share undilted thanks.
3. We'll give you 80c per share fully diluted thanks.
In the end its all the same. Confused about your meaning.
