ok i'll add this value, the soldiers that get paid squad diddly wont be buying much using IOU as they MUST pay it back in their salary, better they choose a diff BNPL since there's about 50 to choose from at each merchant IOU have signed up with. That salary pay back doesn't extend to the general public so it's not really of any value. similar to your post above.
