    Better change what I said earlier:

    When I first noticed this stock in Feb 2007 there was 340 million shares on issue (SP was 3c), now in September 2009 if this newly announced SPP is fully subscribed there will be 844 million shares on issue (SP is 8.8c). In reality the market cap has gone from $10.2 million to $74.27 million in 2 and a half years, but dilution has killed off any great SP increase.
