BKW is by far the better option if your looking to get an exposure to SOL plus you get access to a really good industrial property portfolio that results in fully franked dividends (not an option if you good into an industrial property REIT like Goodman Group). As always the perception problem BKW faces is that so many people still value it based on the building products division which is actually the smallest portion of it's asset value.
