what i dont like is the words rols uses like "deadline" "deadline extension" it is very misleading and not truthful, poor old b!l lost twice betting the JV will be signed before the deadline. In fact b!ll has direct connact with Rols and was certain the JV would be signed before the due date. What does this tell me, well Rols is a little too hopeful at times (you need to be trying to start a junior) but also a little naive. also calculating as he knows his investor base wont hang around if he said, sorry will be another 12months until we know!
