I have warned all my friends not to sell. This is only my opinion...
I previously thought it will be a straight forward method that shareholder will get a prorata entitlement of SPP in the event of oversubscribed SPP. But seeing VUL KNI, SYA SPP, long term instos are rewarded with bigger parcel of SP. Hence I am still holding instead shorting it.

PAM did not let this run for longer before CR. I think they don't want to make CR price too expensive for long term holder to get SPP. Bear in mind, majority are management themselves.

Metal Tiger dispose 100 percent. Who is the new top 20 now? Sold at TH. Who bought this? Sold at around 35 where the closing 2 days before TH was 33 and the next day was 50.5. Why would they sell at 35 knowing they can sell it at least at 40? Whoever gives the go ahead might be personally liable for not acting on the best interest of the company. My guess it is the off market transfer and not on market as listed on their ASIC form.

I think they know SP will go up further and so best it to use circulating method that gives lowest reasonable market price as of 2nd and 3rd sept to give the lowest possible CGT so the new company who bought all the shares get it at lower cost base and later on realised it higher price, perhaps to take advantage of the new company's tax structure.

in 2 weeks time they will have ann. I do not recall they ever have bad announcement of drilling update. In my view, their ann has always been very technical and conservative instead of the normal PUMP most mining companies do.

    just my opinion
