It's an accretive acquisition and certainly much better than just raising capital to keep the lights, it's part debt and brings in a new strategic partner.
I haven't actually visited this thread too much as I was sick of listening to old mate go on about his shit investment decision and taking no responsibility. Nothing more draining and must be draining for them as well.
