Its an interesting nuance in the company's communication where previously they only announced when dossier accepted for review, which implies they FDA can bounce the dossier even before the starters gun goes off but in the Financial Report the table indicates another dossier in with the FDA.

I admire your continued passion re Jublia but IMO I don't hold the same hopes around the opportunity, I feel the reporting around mkt size is mis-leading when you look at disclosures in the brand's investor reporting. Look at Bausch's fiscal releases and search for Jublia, nowhere near the USD 200mil that we have heard at times from ACR. Also, 12+ company's filed on the same day as us, so unless there dossiers are very poor that should be the number of competitors we expect when market opens to generics, post litigation at a date to be advised.

Biggest typo in the presentation was "Objective to be cash flow positive by end of 2022", call me a dis-believer but our approved and to be approved drugs need to start bringing in + 12.0mil annually in next 15 mths for this "objective" to be met.

There is a chance that the 4th and 5th dossiers will not be approved by Dec 2022 and we have no visibility as to whether our Jublia generic will be even on the market.
