WHO?
They cant hand out shares / performance rights to anyone.
The market and SHAREHOLDERS need to be informed.
In this case Its the BOD and listed employees.
Like they did with the FEED design shares for Mincore, they informed the market and lodged accordingly.
They cant dol out shares willy nilly. For good reason.
