When the $300M is used up, SPUT will simply file a new prospectus for a new ATM facility... will be interesting to see how big the next ATM will be (I'm hearing/reading possibly $500M)
The process takes about 3 days, and I'm guessing they'll start the process before the first ATM finishes.
