No, they did all of that with Leti. And they have the MB array and the ability to activate/deactivate individual chips in that array. They are ahead of us.

Now its a matter of transferring the process into someone else's commercial fab so they can integrate them into their own processes and commercial products. If 4DS went down the commercial path instead of the sale route, we would have to do the same thing.

Theirs may be made of silicon, but they still need to make adjustment to the fab to make the process work - otherwise where is the IP?
