There are a few opinions in the independent technical report that add a little uncertainty for me as to whether the combined entity will be able to generate the 100koz as hoped for. Both GCY and FFR related, so probably nuetral in terms of who is getting a good deal.

Can I ask what your overall sense is of that report?

For me, all this would only be an issue of course if the share prices weren’t already priced as if nothing good is going to happen!

fwiw, I’m biased but I hope FFR shareholders vote yes and the deal gets done and we can all get back to trusting the GCY team who have done well since 2020 operationally with the extra exploration and consolidation smarts that Simon has clearly demonstrated.
