What this person’s cultural background has anything to do with I’m unsure. Unless he knows that HUMM is launching in Nepal?
Only thing I know is that these are wonderful buying opportunities. Or if you are a pessimist, excellent prices to average down so the overall loss doesn’t look quite is bad percentage wise.
