    Smart local acquisition with plenty of blue sky.

    DOC will scale the Aussie business to 5-10x in a short time period imo once they bring their platform and partner know-how.

    Telehealth providers in Australia are fragmented compared with overseas offerings and none focus on mental health. Telehealth is here to stay and will have tailwinds for several years.
